Travis Steck
Travis Steck found long-term recovery after several unsuccessful attempts in 2015 and has dedicated his career to helping others achieve lasting sobriety ever since. He began working in the behavioral health field as a part-time Behavioral Health Technician at the very treatment center where he found recovery. Through years of hard work and leadership, he advanced into a variety of management and executive roles in both substance use and mental health treatment.
Today, Travis serves as the Executive Director of Kentucky Recovery Center, overseeing the organization’s daily clinical and operational functions. His leadership is rooted in personal experience, servant leadership, and a genuine passion for helping others rebuild their lives.
As someone who lives the principles of the Twelve Steps, Travis believes that lasting recovery is built on a mind, body, and spirit approach. He is a strong advocate for trauma-informed, person-centered care and strives to foster a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence throughout Kentucky Recovery Center.
Travis believes the best leaders lead with both integrity and heart. He works alongside his team every day to ensure that every patient who walks through KRC’s doors is treated with dignity, respect, and the opportunity to build a foundation for lifelong recovery.

Dr. Vahid Osman
Dr. Vahid Osman is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist and Addictionologist who has extensive experience in skillfully treating patients with mental illness, chemical dependency and developmental disorders. Dr. Osman has trained in Psychiatry in France and in Austin, Texas.
Owner and Founder of Osman Clinic & Associates, American Telepsychiatry & Associates and Fayette Behavioral Health Complex.
Teacher and Mentor to Psychiatric Residents, Nurse Practitioners and Therapists. Dr. Osman has been involved in opening several Residential Facilities for Chemical Dependency and Mental Illness. He currently serves as a Medical Director for multiple facilities throughout the United States. He is one of the Pioneers of Telepsychiatry in the state of Indiana.
Dr. Osman currently treats a variety of clients including those seeking inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and partial hospitalization for Chemical Dependency and addictive disorders and mental illness.
Dr. Osman has the ability to positively impact patients being treated for an array of mental health and addictive disorders by utilizing his years of extensive experience in Psychiatry.

Josh Sprung
Joshua Sprung is the Chief Clinical Director. Joshua began his career in addiction rehabilitation as a behavioral technician and gained insight into the field by continuing to rise through various positions at prominent facilities. Joshua’s most notable work includes providing direct therapy, overseeing, and implementing rehabilitation programs, and ensuring clinical compliance through his advocacy for, and on behalf, of his client.
Joshua is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University where he received his Bachelors and Masters in Social Work. As part of his professional accomplishments, Joshua is a Veteran of the United States Army, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in multiple states, and continues to foster his skills by serving as an adjunct professor at a local college university.
